The Clip below was taken from a job we have recently completed for BT Sports as part of a larger project to digitise their rugby archive which is stored on Digibeta tapes. Originally a Sky Broadcast in SD, the client requested the remastered version to be upscaled to High Definition in a broadcast-ready format.
The original recording was in 4-channel audio, with and without commentary. Alive Studios provided it to the client as 4 separate channels, enabling them to use just the live match sounds, over which they can re-record a new commentary, or use in future archive purposes like documentaries.
