I would like to thank you for your excellent and highly efficient service. I sent off my very precious old family cine films with an element of trepidation, particularly as it was just before Christmas, but you kindly rang to let me know the films had arrived safely. It was a simple thing to do, but hugely appreciated by me. You also said you would be able to get them processed and returned to me in time for a big family birthday celebration on 07 January and you were absolutely true to your word. The films duly arrived exactly on time and we spent a very happy time as a family looking back at long lost memories.

Many companies say they offer top class service, but often don't really deliver. You definitely did deliver and that is because you clearly understand your customers and their concerns and requirements as they hand over unique and precious items into someone else's care. I like the fact that I was kept up to date as each element of the work was proceeding as it gave me reassurance.
Well done Alive Studios.

I am now looking out further old 8mm film and hope to be in touch again soon to have the remainder of our family archive transferred to DVD. I will also certainly be recommending you to family and friends.

Given the age of the original films and what we were expecting as a consequence, you and your colleagues have done a superb transfer job. My name is Lesley Breen (Watford) and I would like to thank you so much for the DVD. I gave to my mum as a Birthday present in September, she was really surprised and shocked at the same time to see all my dads films on DVD, it brought back many memorise. When my dad passed away 24 years ago I did not know at the time we could get these converted to DVD so they have been in the loft until I moved this year. I was surprised to see my sister and I as little girls. Thank you once again for making our mum really happy.

Many thanks for the excellent job you have done in converting my old film to DVD. We tried to get this film copied to VHS tape some years ago, but whoever we tried said the film was faulty. Clearly you have more forgiving equipment.

which included the Summer theme and jpegs this morning by special delivery.

I am very happy with the order now, my family were very surprised to see the DVD and I know Dad would have loved it that everyone had a copy - all the photography he enjoyed over the years ( although there were hundreds more slides....!) is finally being shared by all of us.
