IMPORTANT - THIS STUDIO IS NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!
We accept orders from all our clients by post, and we also offer a brilliant door-to-door courier service, handled by Fed-ex UK. Please do not bring your films to this studio in person. This is a closed, secure facility to protect your material.
If you turn up, we're afraid you will not be permitted access, and you will not be able to leave your films. Private meetings on-site for MUSEUM, ARCHIVE FACILITIES & V.I.P. CLIENTS are available by prior arrangment only. You must post to us, or phone our freephone number to arrange a secure courier collection for just £8.50 or free - see below.
COURIER COLLECTION IS FREE IF YOU SPEND OVER £200!
We operate this way to ensure absolute safety and security of your precious material whilst it is in our care. We always contact you as soon as your box arrives, and keep in constant contact with you to advise at each stage of production, how your order is progressing, and we then contact you again upon completion to arrange return delivery.
You can also access information about your order 24 hours a day via our brilliant Order-Progress system. This tells you exactly what stage of production we are at, when you can expect your order back and your money status. You can also chat directly to your editor through the system, making notes for him about your order at any time. We are always on hand to answer your questions, and please feel free to ask to speak directly to your editor - we always enjoy speaking with our customers. |
