Sending in your film
When sending your films to us just package them up safely in a box. Use some bubble wrap or newspaper to keep the film reels safe inside and we'd recommend using the Special Delivery service with Royal Mail. Using this service gives you the option to track your parcel and also guarantees the delivery for the next day.
For more of an idea on packaging just see left at an order we recieved, this will do fine! It's packaged using a box for extra protection but anything well padded will be ok.
Once your package arrives with us, one of the admin team will check the order and let you know that it has arrived by email. If there are any discrepancies then we'll contact you by phone to iron them out. If everything is ok then the order will go in processing and transfer. |
