Returns
If you have a problem with your order, you need to notify us in writing before sending anything back to us, as our backup system means that sometimes we can rectify the problem without the need to return goods to us.
Please complete the ELECTRONIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FORM. If we feel your order needs to be returned, A Returns Authorisation (RA) number will be sent to you via email and this should be clearly marked on the outside of the parcel before returning. This will speed up the process of your return. These instructions must be carried out in full; otherwise goods will be refused. Goods are to be returned at the consumers cost and are to be sent via a postal/carrier service which obtains a signature upon delivery as ALIVE STUDIOS cannot accept liability for the goods unless they are signed for by authorised personnel at ALIVE STUDIOS. |
