Film is distorted »
This is a rare issue we get calls about but they do come in. Basically cine film is filmed at a 4:3 ratio so if your T.V. is set to widescreen or 'Auto' then the film may be stretched, which may also cause 'artifacts' or blocks to appeat within the picture ruining your viewing experience.

All you need to do is make sure that your television is showing the film at the correct ratio (4:3) then the film should look great!
